Param Yoga with Deepa Nallappan

Param Yoga is Deepa's unique form of Yoga that combines different yogic styles, techniques, meditation, breathing and poses derived from ancient Indian dance forms. Param yoga is an all-encompassing well-being practice that strengthens the body, flexibility, and endurance and promotes self-consciousness, calmness, concentration and mind-body-breath connection.  

Param Yoga class is open to students of all levels, and prior experience in movement, dance, fitness or Yoga is not required.

Deepa Nallappan is the Creative Director of Param Nrithyalaya. She specializes in Bharatanatyam dance, performance arts, meditation and Kalarippayattu (beginner level), an Indian martial art form. Deepa comes from a long tradition of Yoga practice with her unique pedagogy combining dance and Yoga techniques.

When : Every Monday and Thursday from 12:00 to 1:00 PM
